User Agreement
Updated: 02 November 2024. Website: simroulette.com.
1. General terms
This agreement governs use of simroulette.com and the process for discussing requests. Order correspondence: Telegram @simroulettesupport.
2. Information on the website
The website presents equipment, software and illustrative product configurations. Products are made to individual order. Images and specifications help users choose a configuration; a catalog listing does not mean that a finished product is in stock.
Amounts shown on the website are indicative manufacturing costs. Final specifications, configuration, cost, lead time and delivery arrangements are agreed separately before work begins.
3. Requests and agreement of terms
A request can be prepared through the cart or discussed directly on Telegram: @simroulettesupport. A request should describe the required configuration, quantity and technical requirements.
Order details and technical specifications are primarily discussed through a messaging app. Submitting a request does not constitute payment or confirmation of an order. Work begins after the terms have been agreed separately.
4. Order fulfilment
Payment arrangements, manufacturing time and delivery are agreed individually. Changes to specifications, cost and lead time are also agreed in correspondence. Questions about quality and order fulfilment are resolved in correspondence, taking into account the agreed terms and applicable law.
5. Use of the equipment
The equipment is intended for research, laboratory, educational and servicing tasks, including testing and debugging applications, devices and network solutions, automating SIM-card operations and integration into electronic systems. Use of the equipment for unlawful activities is prohibited. Users must comply with the laws of the country where the equipment is used.
6. Contact information
Order correspondence uses email or a messaging app. Names, phone numbers and other contact details are not requested. Information from requests and correspondence is covered by the privacy policy. Order enquiries: @simroulettesupport.
7. Current version
The current version of this agreement is published on this page. The terms of each individual order are agreed separately in correspondence.
